Seat measures 17.5″ flaps measure 17″ bar to bottom and the front gullet measures 4 1/4 “stamped W for wide. We actually called County Saddlery to verify this is a wide because it looks like it running smaller (and measuring smaller) than that and they said the front shoulder gussets can cause it to fit a little different because of the flocking so we are going to advertise this as a medium/wide since it should fit that way.
2008 Model. Saddle is in excellent condition. Rare dark brown cognac color. There are no tears, no loose stitching, no fading and no prior name plate. Wool flocked so the flocking can be adjusted to best suit your horse. Thick back panels to prevent rocking and shifting. This has the front shoulder gussets that are ideal for a horse that hollows behind the wither area. This fills in that gaping and it prevents the saddle from sliding. If you have been on the search for a dark brown high end dressage saddle they are hard to find used. Lovely saddle at almost 1/2 off the price of a new one!
