Seat is stamped 17.5″ flaps measure 14.5″ bar to bottom and 13″ across (3L long flaps) the front gullet measures 4″- medium/narrow tree.
2020 MODEL. The SE03 model has the flatter seat. The outer knee pads are nice and thick so your knees sink right in. There are no tears and no loose stitching. This saddle has both front+ back blocks. Should work well for a TB type horse or one with a taller wither. Great deal on this 2020 model at over $3000 off retail
