Seat is stamped 17.5 flaps measure 17″ bar to bottom and the front gullet measures 4 3/4″- medium tree.
2011 model. Saddle is in nice condition with no tears, no loose stitching, no cracking and no fading. The seat does show a slight wrinkle from it having such soft leather. The leather on entire saddle is butter soft and you can almost roll the flaps. Panels are wool flocked so they can be adjusted to best fit your horse. Thick back panels help the saddle lay flat. The DRCC model is the ultimate close contact saddle! The strongest feature of this saddle is that the rider can be very close to and follow the horse’s movement. By combining the close contract tree and the design of the seat, skirt, and flap, the rider will have contact with the horse. In addition, it helps the rider stabilize and stretch the legs, allowing the rider to keep a straighter, longer leg position. On average, the rider will be able to lengthen the stirrups one hole in comparison to other saddles. The design of the panel ensures the saddle follows the shape of the back, allowing the horse optimal freedom for bending. The lowest point of the saddle is in the middle of the saddle.
