Seat is stamped 17.5″ ,flaps measure 13.5″ bar to bottom and 13″ across, the front gullet measures 4 3/4″ -med/wide tree.
2000 MODEL. Older model Tad saddle has had some things replaced over the years and most recently in 2021 had new panels put on and you can see they are nice and full and not hard and flat. We see that the point billets pockets on both sides are marked with the Smart Ride logo that Tad put on but do not think the tree was replaced with Smart Ride although it is odd that these were put on by Tad. There are flaws to mention. The back left side of cantle has a ding through the leather (see picture). The seat shows quite a bit of wear, someone rode in jeans and it caused the leather to pill a little and the seat has wrinkles . The tree is sound. The saddle has front removable blocks but does not have the back blocks although these can easily be purchased and the velcro is already there for them. The outer pads are nice and soft and squishy for your knees. This saddle is priced to sell and the price reflects the flaws mentioned.
