Seat is stamped 17″ but like most Tad’s runs smaller and measures closer 16 3/4″ flaps measure 13″ bar to bottom and 13″ across (size 70 flaps) the front gullet measures 5″- wide tree.
Older model that has been redone by Tad. Saddle had brand new Smart Ride tree and panels done in 2016 by Tad Coffin. It then had new billets put on by Tad in 2021.There are no tears and no loose stitching. There is a name plate you can cover up with your own. This does show seat discoloration and some discoloration on the small flaps as well as the bottom when you flip the saddle upside down.There is some cracking on the bottom panel where the felt dots are. The panels are have decent life left in them. Not the fullest but also not hard and flat like some Tads get over time. Outer pads are nice and soft and your knees will sink into them. This Smart Ride is priced to sell with some flaws but to get a new Smart Ride tree put in your Tad is currently $3500 so this is quite the good deal.
